Thank you for your enquiry regarding Trade Registration with LA|MAISON. Please be advised that Trade registration is strictly reserved for practicing Interior Decorators, Architects, Designers and Stylists.
The approval process can take up to 5 business days to complete. In order to set you up in our system we need some further information.

Once your Trade Application has been approved, Trade pricing can be viewed and orders must then be placed through our website via your login details. Clients must only deal with the designer and not contact LA|MAISON directly.
All product specifications are the responsibility of the Designer and LA|MAISON takes no responsibility for these choices on behalf of the client, there are no refunds simply because the client does not like the product specified and delivered.
Trade orders are Pro-Forma only and the order must be a minimum $1,000 spend, excluding freight charges.
Payment of 50% deposit is required to hold stock on backordered items and the deposit must be received no more than 5 working days after the order is placed. Allocated stock orders will be deleted if no payment is made within the specified timeframe.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Cancellations must be submitted to LA|MAISON in writing by email. Cancellations may incur a return freight charge, along with a restocking fee of 15 % of the total order value. The balance will be held as an ‘In-Store Credit’ valid for use at LA|MAISON for 12 months from the date of issue.
