What you are concerned at La Maison……

1. Where is our La Maison stores located？

Our La Maison showroom is located inside SLH Design Centre at 483 Balmain Road, Lilyfield. Parking on Balmain Road and at the back loading dock in Alberto Street. Please see link below https://www.lamaison.net.au/contact-us1/

2.Do I need to pay the cost of delivery in this sales?

If you require the product to be delivered, please click the CALCULATE SHIPPING button in the chat, input your address and a delivery fee will be calculated. If you are happy to proceed please accept the rate by checking the circle.

Interstate deliveries EXCLUDING NSW, please contact the store directly for a quotation – ph 1300 000 280

Assembly is an additional charge of $99 for the whole job, for bulky items/stairs or numerous items there maybe additional charges Please advise if you require this service in the notes.

Sydney deliveries – La Maison delivers in Sydney Mon-Friday – 5 days and we will contact you prior and offer a 2 hour window for delivery. Delivery can be requested outside of these days by calling 1300 000 280 to arrange.

3.How long will it take to receive the item once I place the order?

We have a 5 day service to Sydney metro areas. Please contact staff to know which day we ship to your region of Sydney. Our standard delivery service, which covers most items in our range, will be delivered by our experienced delivery staff to your designated delivery address. If you would like the items assembled and packaging removed please advise in notes and an additional charge of $99.00 for the assembly will be charged. For bulky items/numerous items there may be additional charges. Please note that the drivers cannot take payments and delivery and extra charges must be paid in full before dispatch. For regional and inter State items delivery can take anywhere from a fortnight to 3- 4 weeks depending on volume. We do not offer assembly services for these areas For bulky items/stairs or numerous items there maybe additional charges

4.Why the furniture is little expensive?

Well-designed, durable, and quality furniture requires quality inputs, and when you add these costs to logistics and labour, it’s not so difficult to understand the prices.

5.Do I have to be at home to receive the order

We recommend that you are at home at the time of delivery unless you have indicated in the Comments field on your order that you give the authority to leave the item(s) in a designated safe space. We will send you a courier tracking link so that you can find out the delivery day. The courier will either text or phone you on the morning of delivery. If you are not home when the items are delivered, the courier will leave a card advising of the attempted delivery. The re-delivery will incur an additional cost.
The majority of our orders are delivered by our specialist delivery team. We will advise a day and time window prior to the delivery day

6.Do you offer a discount to interior designer and deceorators?
