Covid 19-Update | August 2021

Dear La Maison Family,

We are here to continue to run our business as best we can and are determined to come out the other side. We are here to support your needs. Our administration team is safe and supported to work from their homes, our warehouse team has been reduced to one person to despatch each day and we are doing it in a way that puts their health and safety first.

Here are a few of the ways we are adjusting to this challenging environment while still staying the course. 

  • Our Sales Team is busy working from their home offices and are available for online video chats with our retail customers and trade customers!
  • Customer Service is fully operational from the comfort of their homes to answer calls, look up account information and answer emails.
  • Click and collect from our warehouse only by appointment.
  • We are working closely with all of our shipping partners on creating safe delivery practices and curb side deliveries. Minor rescheduling may appear, we kindly ask for your understanding.
  • Our overseas manufacturers, logistics and shipping teams are diligent in health and safety to keep the world workplace functioning in a healthy and safe manner.
  • Like many of you, we have a new obsession with daily deep cleaning in the workplace and hand washing.

Our company morale remains tough minded and optimistic. Together we are better armed to navigate through this difficult time. We remain committed to supporting your needs and will keep you informed as necessary on any changes in our company.
